The Thang:  5-4-3-2-1  Ruck

Warm up:  leisure lap with arm movements 

1 lap fast pace

5 minutes     1 min butt kickers, 1 min BG sit-ups, 1 min skipping, 1 min raggedy Ann’s, 1 min up/down on the curb

1 lap medium pace

4 minutes.    1 min squats, 1 min wall sit, 1 min jump squats, 1 min wall sit

1 lap medium pace

3 minutes.    15 tricep dips, 15 push-ups, 15 dumbbell back rows (repeat for 3 minutes)

Cool down with yoga stretches
