The Thang: We did 3 super sets, 2 rounds of each. There were 8 exercises in each set, 30 seconds each exercise with only breaks in between sets. Set A consisted of:
- squats
- curtsy lunges
- hip thrusts
- sumo squats
- fire hydrants
- pushups
- left side lunges
- right side lunges
Set B:
- Russian twists
- donkey kicks
- hip dips
- plank
- Spider-mans
- press backs
- Carolina dry docks
- tricep dips
Set C:
- butt kicks
- boys bands
- mountain climbers
- burpees
- jumping jacks
- plank jacks
- jump squats
- no surrenders
Cool down: yoga
It was a tough workout, but the ladies stuck with me and we knocked it out! Thank you ladies!
