The Thang: We did 3 super sets, 2 rounds of each. There were 8 exercises in each set, 30 seconds each exercise with only breaks in between sets. Set A consisted of: 

  • squats
  • curtsy lunges
  • hip thrusts
  • sumo squats
  • fire hydrants
  • pushups
  • left side lunges
  • right side lunges

Set B:

  • Russian twists
  • donkey kicks
  • hip dips
  • plank
  • Spider-mans
  • press backs
  • Carolina dry docks
  • tricep dips

Set C:

  • butt kicks
  • boys bands
  • mountain climbers
  • burpees
  • jumping jacks
  • plank jacks
  • jump squats
  • no surrenders

Cool down: yoga

It was a tough workout, but the ladies stuck with me and we knocked it out! Thank you ladies!
