The Breakfast Club
AO: Tanglewood Church (The Woodshed)
Q: The Force
PAX: Green Thumb, Captain Camo, Warrior, Dough Girl, Coaster and Chaser (Stephanie-FNG)
The Thang: We did a few yoga poses to warm up and then started our stations. Each station was 1 minute on, 15 second rest with a 1:30 rest in between sets. We were able to complete 2 sets. The exercises included:
- bridge step-outs
- goddess dips
- tricep extensions with weights
- bicep curls
- squat punch-ups
- calf raises
- shoulder internal/external rotators
- plank
- run to the 2nd lightpole
- big girl sit-ups
