The Breakfast Club

AO: Tanglewood Church (The Woodshed)

Q: The Force

PAX: Green Thumb, Captain Camo, Warrior, Dough Girl, Coaster and Chaser (Stephanie-FNG)

The Thang: We did a few yoga poses to warm up and then started our stations. Each station was 1 minute on, 15 second rest with a 1:30 rest in between sets. We were able to complete 2 sets. The exercises included: 

  • bridge step-outs
  • goddess dips
  • tricep extensions with weights
  • bicep curls
  • squat punch-ups
  • calf raises 
  • shoulder internal/external rotators
  • plank
  • run to the 2nd lightpole
  • big girl sit-ups
We finished our sets by walking a lap around the church. We were so excited for the return of Coaster and she brought a wonderful friendly new girl that we welcomed in our COT, Chaser! Thank you for joining me this morning ladies!
