The Thang: It was chilly and windy today so we kept moving for our workout. We walked a lap around the church as our warm-up and then came back to our mats for various exercises. We completed 25 reps of each exercise. We completed 4 exercises and then would run/walk a lap around the church.
25 reps:
- push-ups
- jump squats
- LBC's
- shoulder taps
Run a lap.
- mountain climbers
- spider mans
- tricep dips
- squats
Run a lap.
- walking lunges
- sit-ups
- fire hydrants
- jumping jacks
Run a lap.
The last exercises we held for 25 seconds each:
- right side plank
- left side plank
- forearm plank
- full plank
