PAX: Little Mitten and Home Girl

The Thang: It was chilly and windy today so we kept moving for our workout. We walked a lap around the church as our warm-up and then came back to our mats for various exercises. We completed 25 reps of each exercise. We completed 4 exercises and then would run/walk a lap around the church. 

25 reps: 

  • push-ups
  • jump squats
  • LBC's
  • shoulder taps

Run a lap.

  • mountain climbers
  • spider mans
  • tricep dips
  • squats

Run a lap.

  • walking lunges
  • sit-ups
  • fire hydrants
  • jumping jacks

Run a lap.

The last exercises we held for 25 seconds each:

  • right side plank
  • left side plank
  • forearm plank
  • full plank
We did a few yoga exercises and picture. Thanks ladies for sticking it out with me on this chilly morning!
