AO: Battleground

Q: Whole Grain

PAX: Minnie, Daisy, Hurricane, Sunset, and Coach

The Thang: After a brief warmup, we did 6 exercises (first one on each card below at different stations) for 45 sec each with a 15 sec break in between. Then we did about 1 min of cardio down the sidewalk and back. 

We repeated this cycle for the second and then third exercises on each card, again doing about 1 min of cardio in between. For the fourth circuit, PAX got to choose which one of the exercises they wanted to repeat from the lists.

We finished up with some yoga cool down.
