CARDIO walking lunges to sidewalk, sprint back
10 ARMS 1,2,3 Merkins
10 ABS cross over mtn climbers (knee to opposite elbow)
10 LEGS Beaver butts
CARDIO side shuffle to sidewalk and back
15 ARMS dumbbell cross jab
15 ABS Raggedy Anns
15 LEGS Hamstring curl with weight on back of knee (15 each side)
