Warmup: 2 rounds - butt kicks, arm circles and "fake" jump rope
Lap one: run 10 sec - walk 50 sec
Lap two: run 15 sec - walk 45 sec
Back to mat for 6 pack:
Round one - 30 BGS, 30 ankle biters, 30 LBC and 30 reverse crunches
Round two - 20 BGS, 20 ankle biters, 20 LBC and 20 reverse crunches
Round three - 10 BGS, 10 ankle biters, 10 LBC and 10 reverse crunches
Lap three: run 15 sec - walk 45 sec
Lap four: walk
Challenge: 2 minute wall sit
Cool down for 2 min
