The Thang -
Disclaimer followed by a 1 mile loop around downtown Kinston, with a pain station stop at the Courthouse steps for a set of 11s in the rain. The movements were step ups and then up the steps for Raggedy Anns. Back at the Battleground, PAX completed another set of 11s, squats with a 100 m jog to hallelujahs. Then PAX completed another 0.75 mile ruck loop back to the Battleground for cool down, COT, name-a-rama, and prayer.
