Warm Up: Two-way Jacks, Arm Circles and Hip circles
Upper Body:
Shoulders: 20 Overhead press, 15 Upright rows, 12 Lateral Raises, 10 Bentover rear delt fly's, 8 front raises
Biceps:20 Bicep Curls, 15 Hammer Curls, 12 Wide Curls, 10 Squats with a curl
Triceps: 20 Tricep Kickbacks, 15 Overhead Extensions, 12 count hold at 90 degrees, 10 Dips
Back: 20 Rows
Cardio: 20 Jumping Jacks, 15 High Knees, 12 Skaters, 10 Mtn. climbers, 5 burpees
Lower Body: 10 Sumo Squats, 10 Regular squats, 10 close squats
15 deadlifts, 12 pick ups, 10 calve raises, 20 pulses with each squat (sumo, regular, close)
Recovery: Glute Bridges 10 each x 3 with a band. Half, Whole, Knees pulse
ABS: Russian twist, tick-tock, legs up with pulse
