Date: August 22, 2024 AO: Thursday-South-Side PAX: Q: Queen Bee The Thang: As you can see above there were no PAX this morning but that’s okay because I wasn’t alone. Sometimes you just need a nice crisp morning and an hour or so with your Father. This morning was one for a good deal of prayer and reflection and although I certainly missed each one of you, please know that you were all thought of and that you and your families were lifted in prayer. I got in a 3 mile walk while praising, praying and watching the campus come to life this morning. It was a beautiful morning and I sure hope to see you all next Tuesday & Thursday @ 5:30am at LCC. No matter who shows up, these early mornings never ever disappoint.

Monday July 15, 2024 The Woodshed Q-Warrior PAX-Queen Bee, Captain Camo Warmup-5 laps Sitting on our mat - 20 reps of each exercise Holding a towel with arms extended out front and pulling the towel towards you and repeat LBCs Holding towel with arms out in front and “scooping” from side to side BGS Holding towel at your chest and extending up over your head and back down behind your head and repeat Ankle biters Holding towel out in front of you and twisting at the waist from left to right Stand and hold towel above your head and side bend to the left and and then to the right
