AO - The Battleground

Q: Warrior  PAX: Captain Camo, Breakout, The Force, Justice, Gypsy, Whole Grain, Hurricane , Little Mittens and Streaker

The Thang:  

Warmup to Boogie Shoes - butt kicks, grapevine, jumping jacks, cross punches

 Each exercise for 30 seconds (no breaks) for the duration of the song

First: Abs to "Dance Monkey"  row the boats, LBC and swimmers

Travel to the playground

Second: Legs to "September"  standing fire hydrants, curtsy lunges and high knees and arms

Travel to the CSS Neuse

Third:  Arms to "Firework"  triceps dips, arm circles (up and out) and plank shoulder taps

Travel to parking lot across from the Farmers Market

Fourth:  Legs (again) to "Let's Groove Tonight"  squats, calf lifts and step up/step down on blocks

Travel to AO

Fifth:  Abs (again) to "Bring Sally Up"   Bridge for entire song

Relay:  Divided into two teams.  Each member had to hold a plank while stacking 4 Solo cups in a single tower.  Each team member exercised in place until it was their turn to stack.  Round 2 a 5th cup was added and we had to make a pyramid.  Not that is matters BUT the Q's team won! LOL

Sixth:  Cool Down to "Redeemer"  sitting cat/cow, sitting side stretch, sitting side twist, lying knee pull and flat

"Thankful" name cards where pulled for Easter surprises....congrats Gypsy and The Force
