Warm-up: Run/Walk/Mosey to 2nd light pole and back, arm circles, forward bends.


Workout: Roll the dice which had 6 different exercises written on it (dry erase dice, Dollar Tree baby!). We took turns rolling whatever it landed on we did 20 reps of. We did 15 minutes rounds, twice. We did get some repeats in exercises but we completed all the exercises at least once. 


Round 1 exercises (15 minute round, roll the dice, 20 reps of whatever exercise it lands on):

    -Jump squats (Brandon Ingrams)

    -Yoga leg lift, twist crunch, squat (I’m still trying to figure out a name for these!)

    -Plank

    -Push-ups

    -Goddess pose dips

    -Warrior 1 lift twists


1 minute break


Round 2 exercises:



    -Down dog crunches

    -Regular crunches

    -Jumping jacks

    -Russian twists

    -Backward plank dips

    -Table leg lifts (fire hydrants)



Cool down: Walk/run/mosey to the light pole.
