Super Sweaty Tabata Supersets (21 minutes):

    Burpees & Jumping Jacks (4 minutes of 20 sec work, 10 sec rest)

    Push Ups & Walking Lunges (3 rounds of 30 seconds each)

    High Knees & Side Leaps (4 minutes of 20 sec work, 10 sec rest)

    Dumbbell Rows & Squats with Shoulder Press (3 rounds of 30 seconds each)

    Jump Squats & Mountain Climbers (4 minutes of 20 sec work, 10 sec rest)

    Reverse Lunges & Plank (3 rounds of 30 seconds each)

Mosey to the second light pole and back

Arm-a-Geddon - Schoolin' Life

Ab-a-rama - Flower (Sally)

Cool Down - pigeon stretch, cobra stretch, cat/cow stretch, hip flexor stretch, criss cross arms
