Zone 1
Jump Squats, Tricep Pulses, Chest Press, Left leg forward lunge, Mosey Backwards, Mosey Sprint 
Zone 2
Little Baby Arm circles forward #50, right leg forward lunges, Mosey Backwards, Mosey Sprint
Zone 3
Left leg Reverse Lunges, Touch Downs, Burpees, Squats, Mosey Backwards, Mosey Sprint
Zone 4
Left leg side lunges, Overhead press, Baby arm circles forwards, Right leg side lunges, Mosey backwards, Mosey Sprint 
Cool Down:  Mosey to the bridge, slow jog.
