Warmup: jumping jacks, arm circles, sun salutation, run/walk 1/4 mileThe Thang:
Dora 1-2-3:Worked in partners to complete 100 push ups, 200 sit ups, and 300 air squats. One partner jogged 200m, while the other completed the work, and then picked up where the other left off upon return. When a team finished, they contributed to other teams' work until everyone was finished.
Cool down: 1/4 mile walk, seated leg stretches, 2 minutes of prayer led by Warrior
