Each exercise is done for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest in between.  Complete each set x3
 3 minute rest between rounds-walk fast/slow, jog to designated area.

Walk out push ups
Jumping Jacks
Burpees

2nd set
Squats Knees to elbow
Regular Knee to elbow (no squat)
Lunges
High Knees
March in Place

3rd set
Plank leg raises
Crunch into twist
V sit twist
Heel touches

COT - Yachty told a joke and Hurricane educated everyone in some proper form and stretching (Thank you to both!)
