PAX: Double Shot
The Thang: We started with a few stretches and then jumped into our bands and weights. We completed 2 rounds of 10 exercises (5 with bands and weights, 5 with just weights) for 1 minute work with a 15 second rest. The exercises were:
- side steps with band and weights
- narrow squats into calf raises
- glute bridges with bands and weights
- side leg raises, left
- side leg raises, right
- bicep curls
- bent over rows
- hammer curls
- walking lunges with weights
- shoulder press
After our 2 rounds, we walked 2 laps around the church as our cooldown.
