PAX: Double Shot

The Thang: We started with a few stretches and then jumped into our bands and weights. We completed 2 rounds of 10 exercises (5 with bands and weights, 5 with just weights) for 1 minute work with a 15 second rest. The exercises were:

  • side steps with band and weights
  • narrow squats into calf raises
  • glute bridges with bands and weights
  • side leg raises, left
  • side leg raises, right
  • bicep curls
  • bent over rows
  • hammer curls
  • walking lunges with weights
  • shoulder press
After our 2 rounds, we walked 2 laps around the church as our cooldown.
