Warmup-short lap, arm circles (front and back), arm swings, arm stretch
5 exercises/1 minute each/no rest in between
side bicep curls
goal post
doorknobs
overhead triceps
speed bags
Stretches reach for the sky and bend through several breaths and repeat, yogie squat and hold
Round 2 arm cycle
Short lap
Round 3 arm cycle
Cooldown-cross leg twist (both sides), lying bent knee twist, lymphatic neck massage
