Q-Warrior PAX-Captain Camo, Little Mitten, Pemdas, Green Thumb 

Warm up - one full lap and one faster short lap

1 minute squat with bicep curl with standing lateral raises  30 sec rest and repeat 

Walk a short lap

1 minute big girl sit ups with skull crushers  30 sec rest and repeat 

Walk a short lap

1 minute kneeling alternate row and tricep kickbacks  30 sec rest and repeat 

Walk a short lap

1 min dynamic skaters with alternating arm swings  30 sec rest and repeat

Walk a short lap

Cooldown with yoga
