Each symbol represented a different workout, and the number on the card was how many reps that was completed.
Hearts - glute bridges
Diamonds - lunges
Clubs - donkey kicks
Spades - plank jacks
Jokers - Sprints
In between a few of the workouts, we walked laps to stretch our legs
All in all — 54 cards. 91 Glute Bridges. 91 lunges. 91 donkey kicks. 91 plank jacks. 2 sprints completed.
