The Thang: Today was all about using bands and weights in our workout. We completed 10 exercises for 1 minute each with a 20 second rest. We completed 2 rounds and started with 5 band specific exercises and then 5 weight specific exercises. The band exercises were:

  • side-to-sides (weight optional)
  • narrow squats to calf raises
  • glute bridges
  • lying side leg lifts-right
  • lying side leg lifts-left
The weight exercises were:
  • step ups
  • bent over rows
  • hammer curls
  • alternating lunges
  • shoulder press
We finished our workout walking 4 laps around the church. It was a great way to start the morning. Thanks for joining me ladies!
