Rise-n-Shine
AO: The Battleground
Q: The Force 
PAX: Mover Shaker, Little Mitten, Cougar
The Thang: We warmed up with some yoga poses starting with cat/cow, thread-the-needle, and child’s pose. We continued with hip circles and down dog pedals. We stood up and did about 5 ‘good mornings’.
The workout was a countdown one that consisted of first 5, 1-minute exercises, then 4, 1-minute exercises, then 3, and so on. The first 5 exercises focused on all arm exercises:
-tricep kickbacks or extensions
-bicep curls
-holding weight straight up (switch halfway)
-tricep dips
-inclined push-ups 
4, 1-minute exercises (abs):
-lower leg lifts
-ankle biters 
-LBCs
-Russian twists
3, 1-minute exercises (butt):
-donkey kicks with weights, switch halfway
-alternating fire hydrants
-glute bridge
2, 1-minutes exercises (legs):
-jumping jacks
-squats
1, 1-minute exercise (overall body):
-plank (lady’s choice)
We completed 2 full rounds of our workout and then cooled down with 2 laps around the park. We took our picture and did our COT. Thank you ladies!
