Q-Warrior PAX-Golden Girl, Little Mitten, Green Thumb 

Warm up with leg swings, butt kicks, arm circles 

Tabata style 45 seconds work 15 second rest

Set 1 - squats with bands and back kicks with bands

Run or jump for cardio 

Set 2 - glute bridges with spreader and triangle leg ups

Run or jump for cardio 

Set 3 - calf raises and wide straddle side lunges

Run or jump for cardio 

Set 4 - inner thigh leg lifts right then left

Stretch - triangle leg push downs and figure 4s
