The Thang: We started out Friday the 13th with some spooky fog and some chilly weather. But we warmed up pretty quickly with a lap around the church and stations. We completed 5 stations at a time, 2 rounds of each, 4 rounds total. 

The first 2 rounds consisted of 1 minute work, 20 second rest. We completed Russian twists, squats, alternating fire hydrants, lateral raises, and plank for the first 2 rounds. We completed another lap around the church and then completed 2 more rounds of stations with 5 different exercises. Rounds 3 and 4 exercises consisted of LBC's, tricep kickbacks, alternating donkey kicks, bicep curls and no surrenders. 

Despite the weather and day, we had a great morning with fitness and fellowship. Thank you for joining me this morning, ladies!
