Bicep curls 

Tricep kickbacks 

Skull crushers 

Boat rows

Jump rope- rope in left hand, rope in right hand, rope in both hands, no rope just jumps

Door knobs 

Fly press

Praying hands

Pull-ups 

Jump rope-rope in one hand making a figure 8, other side, rope in both hands making figure 8s, just jump

Repeat first arm cycle 

Short lap and stretches
