Q-Warrior PAX: Captain Camo, Cougar 

The Thang:  4 minute Tabata style with ropes.  20 seconds on 10 seconds rest

1.    bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, skull crushers, rope paddle 

2.  Tippy toe step in place w/ rope in one hand, same w/ other hand, same step w/ holding rope correctly,                         again w/ jumping the rope.

3.    Door knobs, fly press, prayer hands pulse, pull-ups hold the rope

4.  Jump rope cycle again

5.     Armageddon 

6.    Jump rope cycle again

7.     “Bring Sally Up” bridges
