Warm up with Captain Camo
Holding a towel (or weights) on each end and….
1. Rows - towel to chest and extend arms forward and back like rowing a boat X20
2. Paddle- arms extend out while sweeping from side to side like using an ore X20
3. Press - towel to chest then extend arms out then up then back to chest X20
4. Pull-ups- towel to chest then raise arms above your head and pull down behind your head X20
5. Twist - towel extended in front, with legs and feet planted and twist from right to left X20
6. Side swipe- with towel extended over your head bend from side to side X20
REPEAT
Take a lap
Towel exercises again X15 reps each twice
Take a lap - fast walk
Armageddon “All I do is Win”
Cool down with yoga poses
