Warmup with arm circles, leg swings, toe touches 

30 sec each exercise with no breaks X 2 the ruck around the church 

1. Lateral press pulse with arm raise

2.  Prayer hands up and down

3.  Tricep kickbacks 

4.  Goal post in and out then downward press

Cooldown- yoga stretches
