The Thang:
Warmup- stretch and bend, leg swings, arm circles, neck rotations
Tabata - 30 sec on 15 seconds rest with resistance band
Set 1 - squats and calf raises
Set 2 - on your knees sit/rise and lay on side with bottom leg bent lift upper leg up/down and out/in
Set 3 - facing the wall squat all the way down and spread legs in and out and standing calf peddles
Set 4 - feet on the wall with legs bent…spread legs at knees and then straighten out legs and spread apart and legs up the wall with calf flexes
Set 5 - donkey kicks with pause in the leg up position each side
Cooldown- walk around parking lot and stretches with controlled breathing
