Tabata with alternating arm exercises
    1. Bicep curls and lateral raises

    2.  Hammer curls and overhead press

    3.  Rows and tricep kickbacks 
                walk/run/sprint a lap
    4.  Laying fly press and around the world 
Leg stretches/yoga poses
    1. Z sit up and down and 90/90
    2.  Butterfly sit with gradually increasing forward stretch
    3.  Garland pose
    4. Corpse pose
