1.  Squats 

2.  Standing kickbacks 

3.  Side steps 

4.  Fire hydrants 

5.  Glute bridges 

6.  Donkey kicks 

1 lap walk/run

Repeat 3 times

Squats with “Bring Sally Up”

Cooldown with stretches
