1 minute tarantulas (jump lunge each leg then squat)

25 LBC’s

25 Ankle Biters

25 Leg Lifts

25 Reverse Crunches

Run to second light pole and back

Glutes:

25 Glute Bridges

25 Clamshells- right

25 Clamshells- left

25 Glute Bridge Pulses

1 minute high knees
