The Thang: I had planned on us rucking/walking more laps this morning, but the rain brought us down to only 2 total laps. We rucked/walked in between yoga under the shelter. We started standing, working on shoulders by prayer scapulars, side-to-sides, and "belly dancer" shoulder rotations. Then we moved into forward bends (urdhdva mukhasana into uttanasana). We clasped our fingers behind our backs and then went into a forward bend again (uttanasana variation).

The next set of poses were all kneeling down on our mats. We started with some cat/cow (bidalasana/cakravakasana) into thread-the-needle (cakravakasana parivrtti). We resolved this with child's pose (balasana). Then, we moved into some hip circles and down dog vinyasas (flows). We also started in a 'gate' pose and then exhaled over into a side bend, inhaled up, exhaled into a forward bend, inhaled up, and exhaled into thread-the-needle. The rain had subsided at this point so were able to walk/ruck a lap around the church. 

When we came back to our mats, we laid down to do some knees into chest, belly turning (jathara parivrtti), happy baby, and more knees into chest. We also did a large side bend while lying down. We sat up and stretched our hamstrings and completed another large twist while sitting. We walked another lap around the church. The workout ended with announcements, COT, prayer and our picture. Thank you ladies!
