Four Corners Fun!

Warm Up:

 Stretch it out…Brisk walk around playground

 

Workout:

While walking around the playground, complete round of Charades at each corner.  PAX will draw and perform exercise drawn…FIRST PAX to guess it gets to go next round.  ALL PAX do exercise either 15 reps, OR 15 second countdown. Move to next station with weights and winner of last round gets to go next. 

JUST FOR FUNSIES, add a Get to Know You Better question...winner has to answer on route to the next corner.

 

Cool Down:

Typical YOGA Stretches for ME!

·         Standing straight, breath in, arms up, and breath out as you fold over and hanging like a rag doll. Repeat.

·         Wide stance, stretch middle, right, left.

·         Downward Facing Dog

·         Table...Cat/Cow

·         Thread the Needle
