Arms and Shoulders Pyramid Yachty Style

Sprinkles, it's okay we're getting 1% better anyway!!! It's nights like these that we are going to love "Schoolin Life". It was all about arms and shoulders tonight and a little bit of abs. Here's the beatdown. FIRST LEVEL-10 wide arm pushups, 20 overhead Tricep extensions, 30 Bicep Curls (lightweight first), 40 Overhead shoulder press, 50 plank tummy tucks. SECOND LEVEL- 40 overhead shoulder press, 30 Bicep Curls (little bit heavier weight), 20 overhead tricep Extensions, 10 diamond push-ups. Third Level- 20 Overhead tricep extensions, 30 bicep curls (heavier weight), 40 overhead shoulder press, 50 tummy tucks. Alright, it's time for us to go back up to the top and that is exactly what we did. We still had about 4 minutes left so we did a squat grand finale to the Adele's "Oh My God". Arms like spaghetti noodles and legs burning!!! We all rocked it tonight while Rainbow Sprinkles and Flipper were doing cart wheels and splits. Oh to be young!!! After our cool down, Home Girl closed us out with a prayer, Dough Girl did some announcements and we ended with our name-O-rama. It was truly a good night catching up with each other!! Congratulations to Rower, she did over 100 situps today. Keep up the good work Rower! BY THE WAY, DID ANYONE LEAVE A BAND? I'll have it in my car, let me know if it's yours!!!
