Q-Warrior PAX: Captain Camo, Dough Girl, Little Mitten, Queen Bee

Warmup - lap around the parking lot 

10 exercises 10 reps 10 sets (Time only allowed for 5 sets)

Squats, Donkey kicks (10 each leg), alternating leg raises, sumo squats, alternating front lunges, calf raises, jump squats, alternating side lunges, glute bridges and squats with heel raises 

Finish with some yoga stretches
