The THANG: 


50/50 Circuit

Warm up – Walk around the schoolyard


 Workout – 50/50 Circuit and Yoga…Repeat each circuit 2x, no rest between exercises.

Circuit #1: (Repeat 2x)

·         50 Jumping Jacks

·         10 push ups

·         20 Squats

·         20 Bicycle Crunches


YOGA:

v  Child’s Pose

v  Downward/Upward Dog

v  Pigeon Pose (both legs)

v  Thread the Needle

v  Downward Facing Dog again walking into...

v  Forward Fold


Circuit #2: (Repeat 2x)

·         50 High Knees

·         20 Bicep Curls with weights (first round) and 20 Upright Rows (second round) 

·         20 Donkey Kicks (10 each leg)

·         20 Triceps with weights (first round) 20 Overhead Press (second round)


YOGA:

v  Seated Forward Fold

v  Butterfly Stretch

v  Seated Twist (both sides)

v  Figure Four Stretch (both sides)

v  Relaxed Twist 

*Bonus Glute Bridge and Ab work while on the mat...ending with a pencil stretch. 


Closing: Girl talk! Though we were small in number, it was great catching up with Cover Girl!
