PAX: Home Girl, Dough Girl

The Thang: 3 sets- leg kicks, step ups onto picnic table bench, dips or pushups

Cardio: fast to the fence slow back for 1 min, lap around playground, repeat.

Mat work: 

3 sets of 10 reps- chest press or fly in a bridge

2 sets of 10 reps- row while in a plank or table 

1 set 15 reps- weighted squats 

Cool down and stretching on mats.
