Warm up with stretches
2 rounds of each PAX chosen exercise with 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest.
We did, bicep curls into shoulder press, Bulgarian squats, planks while reciting The Lord’s Prayer, leg lifts, LBCs, walking, Raggedy Ann’s, inner thigh lifts, wall sit, plank jacks, punches, curtsy lunges, bridges on our toes with leg extensions and more.
Cooldown with stretches and breathing exercises
