The Thang: 

Warmup-Arm circles, stretching, good mornings, 10 jumping jacks, and 1 lap around the small parking lot

Workout

Alternating lunge with bicep curl 12 reps. (X3)

Bear walk-30 seconds on (X3)

Squat to lunge with arm extension 10 reps (X2)

Side lunge to leg lift 12 reps each side (X2)

Squat jump variation-45 seconds on (X2)

Sumo hinge to sumo squat calf raise 12 reps (X2)

Tricep push-up to toe reach 10 reps (X2)

Dumbbell sit-up reach (12 reps) (X2)

Cool down-lap around the small parking lot, Childs pose, cat/cow pose, and static stretching

Circle of trust and name-o-rama

Closing prayer
