Warm up
Alternating 20 Bicep Curls and 20 Tricep extensions at each corner with walkin between
5 Burpees
Alternating 20 squats and walking lunges at each corner with walk in between
5 burpees
And repeat
2 additional burpees
Cool down and stretching
COT and prayer
