The Thang: Warm up lap around the church.
We went around the COT and each lady spelled out her FiA name (first name only if it was a two part name) and called out the exercise associated with each letter. Here are the totals:

2-30 sec side planks
1 1/2 min chair pose
1 1/2 min of 30 sec plank leg raises
15 squats
20 jump squats
20 mt climbers
40 high knees
60 lunges
60 LBCs
135 glute bridges
3 min of easy stretches and deep breathing
