Warm up-stretches-good mornings, hip rotations, arm/shoulder stretch, cherry pickers 

Electric Slide to get heart rate up

Upper body circuit-1 min work to 30 second rest — wrist circles, punches, medium arm circles, mason twist, large arm circles 

1 lap around the parking lot 

Lower body circuit- leg lifts, squats, mountain climbers, leg extensions, rocking crunch 

1 lap around the parking lot 

Ab circuit-LBCs, full sit-ups, bicycles, flutter kicks
