The Thang:

Warm up of light stretches

12 exercise circuit; 45 seconds on- 10 second rest and move to the next exercise

- Plank Punches

- L jab, R cross

- Front Kicks

- R jab, L cross

- Sit up punches

- Split Squat with side kick

- Bob and weave with cross punches

- Russian twists

- Speed jabs

- Alternating Knees

- Jump lunges

- Upper cuts

Lap around parking lot between each round

Cool Down stretches
