Q: The Force

PAX: Detective, Hurricane

The Thang: We started our warm-up with some yoga. Then we moved into the workout, working on the full body. We worked arms, core, cardio, and butt. We completed 5 exercises for 30 seconds on, 15 second rest. Our arm exercises were: 

  • alternating lunges with weights
  • calf raises with weights
  • bicep curls
  • renegade rows
  • chest press

After a 45-second rest, we moved into core exercises with:

  • side plank (left)
  • plank hip dips or JLo's
  • side plank (right)
  • plank leg raises
  • plank shoulder taps

Another 45-second rest then we moved into a cardio set, which included:

  • jumping jacks
  • high knees
  • butt kicks
  • mountain climbers
  • side-to-side jumps

Another rest followed by butt exercises: 

  • toe taps (right side)
  • toe taps (left side)
  • Bulgarian split squats with weights (right)
  • Bulgarian split squats with weights (left)
  • bridges
We completed a total of 8 sets, 2 of each type of set. We were sweating by the end, but we got that full body workout in! Great job ladies!
