The Thang: We started our warm-up with some yoga. Then we moved into the workout, working on the full body. We worked arms, core, cardio, and butt. We completed 5 exercises for 30 seconds on, 15 second rest. Our arm exercises were:
- alternating lunges with weights
- calf raises with weights
- bicep curls
- renegade rows
- chest press
After a 45-second rest, we moved into core exercises with:
- side plank (left)
- plank hip dips or JLo's
- side plank (right)
- plank leg raises
- plank shoulder taps
Another 45-second rest then we moved into a cardio set, which included:
- jumping jacks
- high knees
- butt kicks
- mountain climbers
- side-to-side jumps
Another rest followed by butt exercises:
- toe taps (right side)
- toe taps (left side)
- Bulgarian split squats with weights (right)
- Bulgarian split squats with weights (left)
- bridges
