Warm up with various stretches 

We had 5 exercises + a wall sit with increased reps through 7 sets

4 reps each - -lying flys, sit-ups, skull crushers, glute bridges, lying bicep curls. 

Wall sit 30 seconds 

8 reps each -  lying flys, sit-ups, skull crushers, glute bridges, lying bicep curls

Wall sit 45 seconds 

10 reps each - lying flys, sit-ups, skull crushers, glute bridges, lying bicep curls

Wall sit 1 minute 

12 reps each - lying flys, sit-ups, skull crushers, glute bridges, lying bicep curls

 Wall sit 1:15 min 

14 reps - lying flys, sit-ups, skull crushers, glute bridges, lying bicep curls

Wall sit 1:30 min 

16 reps - lying flys, sit-ups, skull crushers, glute bridges, lying bicep curls

Wall sit 1:45 min 

18 reps - lying flys, sit-ups, skull crushers, glute bridges, lying bicep curls

Wall sit 2:00 min

Cooldown with stretches
