Wall sit 45 seconds
10 reps each - lying flys, sit-ups, skull crushers, glute bridges, lying bicep curls
Wall sit 1 minute
12 reps each - lying flys, sit-ups, skull crushers, glute bridges, lying bicep curls
Wall sit 1:15 min
14 reps - lying flys, sit-ups, skull crushers, glute bridges, lying bicep curls
