The Thang:
Cone Wars-
Divide PAX into 2 teams and have cones scattered throughout the area. Half upside down/half right side up. Set a timer for 2 minutes. Each team will be assigned either upside down or right side up, and their mission will be to try to get as many cones to their direction as possible.
Repeat the game after a 1 minute Big Girl Sit Up Challenge.
Roll the Dice- Each PAX rolls 2 dice… first roll chooses exercise, 2nd roll chooses reps

4 - Squat Jacks
5 - Russian Twists with Band
6 - Tricep Kickbacks
7 - Reverse Crunches
8 - High Knees

Plank Challenge
To prepare for the upcoming FiA Olympics, see who can hold a plank the longest.
Red Light-Green Light Lunges
Place cones at a start and finish line. Have PAX line up at start line. When they hear green light, they begin lunging toward the finish line; when they hear red light, they stop. First to cross the line wins and holds a plank until all are across.
Then turn around and play again with these variations:
Broad jumps
Bear Crawls
Crab Walk
Lap Around the Playground
Frogger Challenge - 1 minute
