Q: The Force

PAX: Preach, Jiminy, Dough Girl, Fitbit, Queen Bee, Kris Kross, and FNG

The Thang: We started with a little yoga, cat/cow, thread-the-needle and some hip circles in a table position. We then completed 4 sets of 6 exercises for 45 seconds with a 15 second rest. We ended each set with a full minute of froggers. The set exercises were:

  • butt kicks
  • squats
  • curtsy lunges
  • LBCs
  • push-ups
  • bridges
1-minute of froggers ended each set. We cooled down in child's pose and corpse pose. The ladies completed a 4 minutes of froggers total! They're ready for the FIA Olympics!!! COT, pic and prayer ended our workout. Thanks ladies!
