Birthday Circuit 3s and 9s

The Thang:

Warm up and stretch

3 sets of a 9 station circuit, 12 reps for each exercise:

squats on the BOSU ball, dips, burpees, raggedy Anns, split squat, sprints (3, and only to the cone), good mornings, ankle biters, (and one other that I can't remember).

after each exercise, jog around the stage and back to the next one. 

Cool down and stretches on the bench
