A Little Bit of this and a Little Bit of That!

Engagements, new grandbabys, so much chatter while the FiA Gals went stepping to the Ironclad MarketPlace. On the way we stopped at the African American music park to do our excercises on the wall. Here's the skinny: Bicycle Crunch x30, Leg Lifts x30, In and Outs x30, 30 more crunches, 60 fast wall toe taps, and ended with 30 mountain climbers!! And then off we went again. We ended up with 2.54 miles. COT, name-o-rama and Daisy ended us with a prayer. Way to go ladies!!!
